Chua See Kiat, a Professor of Microbiology, is forced to eat the humble pie when he is retrenched by his company. Keeping his predicament from his wife and son, he turns to taxi driving to make ends meet. He befriends Lee Ah Tau, an experienced, street-smart driver and single dad. The two form an unlikely bond, supporting each other through their unique life challenges with renewed perspectives.
