Struggling to make it as an actor/director in Iran, Reza Attaran travels to Cannes in the hope of making it big. He’s planning to pass on some ideas to Festival Director Steven Spielberg, as well as rub shoulders with American greats such as Woody Allen. However, Reza soon realises how difficult being a ‘nobody’ at a major festival is, so he becomes more inventive to get himself onto the coveted red carpet. A fish-out-of-water story that is sure to get a few laughs!
