Australia’s biggest queer short film prize is back with a fantastic line-up of films and $13,500 worth of cash and support to be awarded to the most impressive LGBTIQ Australian films.
My Queer Career’s 2014 winner went on to win the Iris Prize for best queer short film in the world. Our 2015 winner will also gain automatic entry to this competition.
2015’s finalists include A PRIEST IN THE FAMILY (Peter Humble, Anni Finsterer), DRAG MAMA (Benjamin Strum, Lucinda Reynolds), GLORY HOLE (Jarrod Carter), HOLE (Tony Radevski), LIKE BREATHING (Liz Cooper, Julia Kelly), MYMY (Anna Helme, Christina Radburn), NINETEEN (Madeline Kelly, Bec Speakman), PLUNGE (Kate Lefoe, Laura Faulkner)and TEAGAN (Sheldon Lieberman, Igor Coric, Tim Brown).
