The Joy House Film Festival is a yearly short film festival with the main theme of JOY and sub-theme of diversity. It’s the only film festival in Australia which is supported by Actors Equity Australia’s Diversity Committee and WITS (Women in Theatre & Screen - our social Media Sponsor).

Screening on 11 Sept 2016 at Hoyts cnr Albert & Victor St, Chatswood.

Time: 4-6pm and is open to submissions all year round.

Awards and Prizes: $2000 worth of prizes. Prizes include- cash, movie tickets, vouchers, show bags, DVD packs etc. Prizes for best short film, Hoyts People’s Choice, best diversity short film & best youth short film and introducing a special WITS (Women in Theatre & Screen) award for 2016.
